Does Alfred Lane offer samples to its customers?
We offer a Discovery Set as well as individual Discovery Units which allow you to try our personal fragrances. You can purchase those here.
Does Alfred Lane ship internationally?
We sure do. Shipping costs apply.
How long will it take for colognes to be delivered internationally?
We've seen anywhere between 5-12 days but it will always depend on location.
Do you guys offer free package tracking?
We sure do! We recently started offering online tracking for our customers. You will receive a shipping confirmation email letting you know your order is on its way. It will also have a tracking number.
Hey Alfred Lane. I live in X town, US and the tracking number says my order is in Y town, US. Help please!
Packages get lost sometimes. Simply email us at email@example.com with your order number and we'll send you a free replacement.
We would love to carry your products at our store/barbershop/boutique/website/awesome venue. How do we make it happen?

Dear Alfred Lane... Do your fragrances have phthalates? What about parabens? SLS? Any junk?
Nope. We are committed to using high-quality ingredients and none of the unnecessary chemicals.
I'm allergic to a lot of different things. Can you guarantee me that I will not have an allergic reaction?
Everyone's skin is different. It's impossible for us (or anyone) to guarantee that you will not have an allergic reaction. We also cannot claim that our solid colognes are hypoallergenic. Please use with care if you are sensitive to cosmetic products.
